Adams® Phone Message Books, 11″ x 5 1/4″, 100 Pages, White/Canary Yellow, Pack Of 2

I was looking for a 2-part carbonless message book but wanted a card to put between the page sets. I thought I had found it with this but you have to remove the cover in order to have a card to place between. Since we want to keep the cover I ended up having to make my own card.
